1. Digital Service Activation
ORYES plans provide digital software access and may activate immediately after verified payment. Once access or validity has been successfully provided, the plan is generally not cancellable or refundable for change of mind, non-use, device replacement, business closure or failure to use available features.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
You may request review where: the same order was charged more than once; money was debited but no successful order was recorded after the payment provider’s confirmation period; an amount exceeded what was authorised; payment was credited to ORYES but the purchased plan could not be provided; or applicable law requires a refund.
3. Failed and Pending Payments
A failed payment is not treated as a purchase. For pending transactions, allow the bank or gateway to update final status before paying again. Amounts debited for failed transactions may be automatically reversed by the bank/payment provider.
4. Request Procedure
Contact oryesdgl@gmail.com or 9994255596 with registered company/mobile, order ID, payment ID, date, amount and issue. Do not send a UPI PIN, CVV, OTP or bank password.
5. Review and Processing
Requests should normally be submitted within 7 calendar days of payment. We will verify gateway and activation records. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method, ordinarily within 5–7 business days after approval; banks or payment providers may require additional time to credit the account.
6. Deductions and Exceptions
Any deduction will be made only where permitted by law and disclosed. Custom development, completed installation, data migration, training and third-party costs may be non-refundable after delivery or commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Chargebacks
Please contact ORYES first so genuine problems can be investigated. Fraudulent or duplicate chargebacks may result in temporary suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
