Our Software may process product, employee, customer and transaction data entered by authorised users.
2. Payment Information
Payments are processed by PhonePe or another authorised gateway. ORYES may receive order ID, payment ID, amount, status, method and settlement-related information. We do not request or store complete card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, OTPs or bank passwords.
3. Purposes
We use data to provide accounts and Software, verify payments, activate and renew plans, provide support, secure systems, prevent fraud, maintain records, communicate service information, improve products and meet legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis and Consent
We process data for providing requested Services, fulfilling contracts, complying with law, protecting legitimate business and security interests, and on consent where consent is required. You may withdraw consent for optional processing, subject to legal and contractual consequences.
5. Sharing
Data may be shared only as reasonably necessary with payment gateways, hosting and infrastructure providers, authorised support/dealer personnel, professional advisers, regulators, law-enforcement authorities or a successor to the business. Providers are expected to handle data for authorised purposes.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide Services, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and comply with accounting, tax and legal requirements. Data may be deleted or anonymised when no longer reasonably required.

We use reasonable access, encryption, credential and monitoring controls appropriate to our systems. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers must protect passwords, devices and administrator accounts.
8. Customer-Controlled Data
Business customers determine what employee and end-customer data they enter. They are responsible for lawful collection, notice, accuracy, access control and responding to relevant individuals. ORYES processes such data to provide the contracted service.
9. Cookies and Logs
Our website or applications may use essential cookies, sessions and technical logs for authentication, preferences, security and operation. We will seek any consent required for non-essential analytics or marketing technologies.
10. Your Requests

Our business software is not directed to children. A parent or lawful guardian must provide any consent required if a child’s personal data is involved.
